Anthony Mackie fights DUI arrest
Pagesix reports, Actor Anthony Mackie — who stars as hero Falcon in Marvel’s hit “Captain America” franchise with Chris Evans — is fighting a 2013 DUI bust, arguing at his trial in Manhattan Criminal Court that cops had no right to arrest him.
“It’s clear that the mere smell of alcohol and bloodshot eyes doesn’t give the officers justification to arrest him,” said defense lawyer Mike Miller, sitting beside a clean-cut Mackie in a slick gray suit.
