New York Daily News reports, The funniest thing to happen during the SNL 40th anniversary special may not have occurred during the actual show.

While at the afterparty, Jay Z ran into former Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling and decided to ask him all about his bloody sock from Game 6 of the 2004 ALCS against the Yankees. The only problem? It wasn't Schilling he was speaking with — it was David Wells. And Jay Z apparently had no idea.
