The cousin of Bobbi Kristina Brown was arrested early Monday morning during a traffic stop.
According to records from the Atlanta Police Department obtained by FOX 5 News, Jerod Brown-Carter was arrested for False Representation to Police and Driving Without A License as well as an active warrant out of Gwinnett County..
