Eddie Murphy Cast in Richard Pryor Biopic
BET.com reports, According to Entertainment Tonight, the news was confirmed by Daniels, who posted a selfie with Murphy to Instagram with the caption, "Strap in and brace yourself. They done let me and him out of our cages! #idonteventhinkimreadyforthisone! #excited #proud #OMG."
It was also confirmed that Kate Hudson has been cast to play Pryor's wife, Jennifer Pryor, who is also a producer on the film. Oprah Winfrey, who is also set to produce, will portray Pryor's grandmother Marie Carter.
